AI usage

One budget, three ways to spend it

Plans meter requests and tokens because that's what the product actually costs to run. Nothing else is counted: records, deals, tasks and imports are unlimited on every plan.

Company analysis

Analysing your website into company knowledge during onboarding or from the Knowledge page. One request per analysis.

SEO/AEO agent run

Each agent job that analyses a website or proposes a fix is one request. Deterministic SEO checks and the crawl itself use no AI request.

Outreach draft

Each email a play drafts, including each follow-up step, is one request.

Owners see requests, tokens, tool calls and estimated provider cost by feature under Settings → AI usage, and can tighten caps below the plan default at any time.

Billing questions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Kloshi never sees or stores card numbers.

What happens when my trial period ends?

Your workspace stays on the Trial plan's limits until an owner upgrades from Settings → Billing. Records are never deleted because a trial ended, and the CRM keeps working; only the monthly AI budget stays at the trial level.

What counts as an AI request?

One SEO/AEO agent job, one outreach draft (each follow-up step is its own draft), or one company analysis. Usage is metered per workspace and shown under Settings → AI usage.

What happens if we hit a limit?

The request that would exceed the cap is refused with a clear message and recorded as blocked; nothing is silently dropped or billed. Owners can raise or lower caps for their workspace under Settings → AI usage, within the plan.

How is billing handled?

Through Stripe Checkout. Kloshi stores your Stripe customer and subscription ids, never card details. Owners can change plan, update payment details or cancel from the Stripe billing portal, linked from Settings → Billing.

What happens if I cancel?

Your workspace returns to the Trial plan's limits at the end of the paid period. Your data stays and the CRM keeps working. If you want everything gone, an owner can delete the workspace from Settings, which removes every record it holds.

Do I need Gmail?

Only to send outreach. Everything else, including drafting and reviewing, works without a connected mailbox. Each person connects their own Gmail; sends go out from the contact owner's account.

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Each plan includes a number of members; you only move up when you need more people, more workspaces or a larger AI budget.
